She graduated from the University of Canterbury with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a postgraduate diploma in Secondary School Teaching and Learning (Mathematics).
She has taught secondary school mathematics for 24 years in New Zealand, Austria, and South Korea and has taught IB Diploma Mathematics since 2011.
