Sander Langerak is from the Netherlands. He hasbeen in China since 2016. He has a BA in History, an iPGCE in Early Years education, aTEFL,an lELTS and 2 IB PYP certificates, (in IB PYP leadership andimplementing student agency in Early Years).
Additionally, he is currentlydoing an MA in Education, Teaching and Learning with a focus on Early Years atthe University of Sheffield in the Uk.
He worked as a history teacher andEnglish teacher before opening an Early Years English training center in 2017in Beijing.In 2019 he became the Vice-Principal of a large lB Kindergarten inBeijing.
From 2020 to 2022, he worked as the Academic PrincipaI and PYPCoordinator at the largest international Kinderg arten in Sanya.
He successfully guided thatschool through the lB PYP authorization process which led to that schoolbecoming the first authorized IB PYP World School in Hainan.

Lubos has been working in an International Kindergartens and Primary Schools for more than 10 years. Taught English and Montessori approach in Slovakia (International Montessori Kindergarten) and China (International school - Kindergarten Long Pan Hu, Jing Don Fang, Yichang, International Montessori Kindergarten, Wuhan.)In addition to his passion for teaching languages and help people to be better educators, Lubos is an active musician and can play numerous musical instruments.

For the past 10 years, Magda has worked in IB international schools in England, Norway, and Malawi. Her previous employment included working as an early years teacher and an administrator at a French international kindergarten in Guangzhou.
Magda received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education from the Lodz University of Humanities and Economics, Poland, with sub-specialisms in Visual Arts, Music, EAL, Child Psychology, Mathematics, and Special Ed. Magda is also a certified TEFL teacher

Ms. Ayoung is from South Korea where she received her B.A in English Language and Literature and recently received her second BA in Child studies.
She has studied extensively abroad in Philippines, Canada and South Africa. While in South Africa, she obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Second Language Acquisition.The time spent abroad studying equipped her well to teach in multicultural settings and be sensitive to cultural differences. Ms. Ayoung also has a TESOL certificate and a teaching license. She has been teaching for more than 10 years.

Brian Eric Cohen is from Toronto, Canada. He graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts.
Brian earned his PGCE from Nottingham University. He has been teaching English as a second language for almost 20 years.
Brian has taught in Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea and China.

Master's degree in Education from Canada and bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature.
Jennifer worked as an Early Childhood Educator at Canadian daycare and Montessori Academy in Canada.
She taught pre-school Education at the university in China.

Master's degree in Public Health from Comenius University in Slovakia, Diploma in Montessori Method in English Language Learning,120-hour TEFL certificate. Lenka has been working in international kindergartens for 5 years. Taught English and Montessori in Slovakia (International Montessori Centre) and in China (International Montessori kindergarten, Wuhan)
Lenka likes to tailor herteaching approach to the individuastudents' needs. she believes that makingschool fun can give kids a lifelong love of learning.

Graduated from Sichuan Foreign Studies University with a bachelor's degree both in Chinese International Education and English Language and Literature; graduated from Jinan University with a master's degree in Chinese International Education.
She has 2 years of overseas teaching experience and 4 years of domestic IB Chinese teaching experience and has a strong sense of international education. She once worked as a Chinese Language Teacher and Chinese Assistant Coordinator in Guangzhou Tianhe ISA International school.

Being Chinese language teacher in an international school in Thailand for around 2 years. Teaching levels included nursery, preschool, and primary of which the students' age ranged from 18 months to 10 years old.
