  • He is currently a doctoral candidate at Indiana University, and holds a Masters Degree as well as a Professional Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, and also a Bachelor's Degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music in Israel.
  • His former students have received offers from numerous universities around the globe, such as Boston University (USA), University of South Hampton (UK), McGill University (Canada), and more.
  • Before teaching for the past 8 years, Adam spent time as a professional performer in music, where he played in several professional orchestras, gave recitals, and performed solos on stage and live on national radio of his home country.

  • Graduated in Physics and Geology in 1992 from Staffordshire University, UK and has a background in both education and business, including 8 years teaching English and Physics in China and South Korea.
  • Founded and led his own outdoor education and retail business before moving to China in 2014, completing his international PGCE from The University of Nottingham.
  • He has helped to develop new school campuses and high-quality boarding provision in a number of successful international schools in China.
  • Most recently, he initiated and developed the boarding provision as Founding Assistant Head of a new school in Zhejiang.
  • He has also led the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award and the World Scholar's Cup, helping students to build their confidence and enhance their university applications through a wide range of extracurricular activities.

  • Dr Jozef Macak is a teacher as well as leader with decades of experiencein education. He has been headof the pE departments at various schools, including The British International School as well as SUlS Xiamen.
  • He has also led The English International Schoolof Bratislava and served as CEO/Director. Jozef completed his PhD at Comenius University in Bratislava in the Slovak Republic.He is currently doing an NPQH (National Professional Qualification Headship with a focus on leading an international school) in the Uk.

Her most recent role has been thatof Founding Deputy Director (Pastoral) at a new school in Zhejiang Extensive experience in boarding house management and pastoral care, includingleading boarding and house staff, organisingstudent life and maintaining positive communication with parents. She is astrong advocate of a holistic approach to education, ensuring that her studentsachieve both their academic and personal potential.
Ashley Zhang

Positive Well-being Counsellor
  • Master's degree in Social Work from Monash University
  • In the last 6 years, Ashley has worked as a family violence case manager, a national mental health hotline counsellor, suicide prevention counsellor and school wellbeing officer at Latrobe University and Spring Parks Primary school in Melbourne.
  • Ashley has developed extensive skills and knowledge in client crisis management, emotional support and school counselling.
  • Ashley also received mindfulness teaching training in Melbourne Meditation Centre and has now becoming an online instructor volunteer on an app called" flow meditation" app (Chinese version) .
