it is Nicole's 16th year of teaching, she holds a master's degree in Education from Flinders University
She was teaching at a local school as a Chinese teacher for three years, and in 2011 she moved to Singapore to teach Mandarin for four years. She moved back to China in 2015 and worked at an IB international school in Beijing for seven years.
